Does the packaging for my purchase maintain privacy?
We uphold discretion by using standard, plain packaging that is free from logos or obvious messaging. 

What do I do if my purchase arrives damaged?
If your purchase arrives damaged please do not hesitate to email our support liaison, sarah@lowkeytied.com. We take product quality very seriously and will work to ensure your satisfaction. 

What is your Return Policy?
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Please see our Return Policy for all details.

Do you offer product exchanges?
If you're unhappy with your product, please contact us to discuss potential exchange or refund options, subject to our Return Policy. 

How much does shipping cost?
To get the most accurate information, please select the products you are interested in and proceed to the Check Out page to view shipping cost options. 

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to North and South America and Canada. If you live outside of these areas, please email sarah@lowkeytied.com to inquire if a shipping exception is available. 

How will my transaction appear on my financial statements?

The transaction will appear as FUELSTOP MART5 as to not give away the intention 

Can I track my order?
Yes, for a small additional fee you can select tracking services at the check out screen upon completing your purchase. For precise rate information please view your order in the Check Out page. 

How do I care for and maintain my purchases items? 
We recommend washing your items once per month following frequent use and enjoyment.
Simply soak them in warm water using a mild soap detergent, gently agitate with your hands, rinse well, then hang dry. Once completely dry, iron on low-heat if desired. Rope products do not require ironing. 
Once clean, don't forget to consider a spritz of your favorite perfume or cologne for an added sensory experience.
